If you want to record yourself playing guitar there are a lot of ways to go about it. However when it comes to recording your acoustic sound you are going to need a recording microphone.
There are a few things to take into consideration before you get started. Most options for microphones will get the job done but it is helpful to have a good quality mic to get the best possible sound.
If you want to record your music from your home there are a few things that you cannot go without. One item that is at the top of the list is your audio interface.
You need to be sure that you get the right interface, one that can support everything that you plan on running like your guitars, mics, keyboards and so on. The audio interface essentially transfers the sound from your instrument to your computer.
For those of you who are new to this concept here are a couple different options that would be a great way to go if you don’t want to have to upgrade within the first few months.
